What is a BANO? YOU SAY, This is a cleanser to uplift your spirit or remove negative energy around you that's trying to stick. I make them from scratch with natural herbs to help . This is used after your rising shower or evening Bath/shower. Depending on the instructions you receive. You can pour a cup n half into your bath for 20 mins and dunk yourself under a few times during the bath / or you can pour it over your entire body head to toe it will fall, right after your shower. Either way when all done pat dry/air dry.
